I come from 13 years of recruitment background, mostly from the Hospitality sector. During that time I have held various roles as well as Management. It has always been my intention to do something for myself and see a bigger financial reward for myself rather than just for the company I was working for. Additional Resources was the answer I was looking for. I have a baby daughter and working from home has proved invaluable. I am basically doing what I have always done except this time for myself, from the comfort of my own home and to suit my lifestyle. In just 6 months I made far more money that I could ever have made for my other company. I have now committed full time to Additional resources who have been a fantastic support. Russell and Tracy are always there on hand to help / advise on any matter. A wonderful, professional team to work with. I would recommend anyone considering this step to do so now. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.
