Territory

You will be given your own designated territory within which to build and develop your business. We can also allocate you a much larger call-out territory which will provide additional, non-exclusive locksmith work if available through our network of national account customers.

What Does the Lockfit Training Involve?

Your comprehensive training takes place at a designated training facility. After your training is complete you will be a certified Locksmith. Our trainer will assess you at each stage, to ensure that you are confident before moving on to the next stage.

After completing the training, you will also be offered the opportunity to spend a few days with a qualified locksmith for some hands-on training with real customers.

As a Lockfit locksmith, you will be qualified to open, pick, drill, replace and repair all manner of locks. You will also be trained in all the secrets of the trade, including bypassing mechanisms, broken key extraction, how to cut replacement and duplicate keys, install digital locking systems, and repair & replace uPVC locks.

    I have picked a winning team….After over 30 years as an engineer and working at senior management level for the past five, I was made redundant in March this year. After great deliberation and taking into consideration the events that we are going through this year, I decided to take a complete change of direction and retrain as an emergency locksmith.
