We are the newest law practice serving the UK franchise sector and are revolutionising how franchisors, master franchisees, and franchisees receive legal services. We take great satisfaction in being experts in franchising.
We were founded in 2019 by lawyer and former franchise consultant Andrew Fraser. In the “Legal 500” and “Chambers” legal profession directories, Andrew is recognised as a “Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP)” and acknowledged as a franchising expert.
We operate on an agile basis rather than in opulent city centres, enabling us to offer our skills at a reasonable, cost-effective rate.
