My wife Claire and I had ambitious dreams. We wanted to be one of the very first disruptive ‘hybrid agencies’ – an independent powerhouse that rebelled against the corporate system. But above all, we wanted to build a family legacy business for ourselves and for our kids. And we wanted more time to spend with them.
Luckily, we took note of all our processes and were able to blueprint the steps to our success.
We wanted this to be the beginning of a new way of doing agency, that we could share with others.
