Help brands you advise keep their listings right

Franchise consultants and advisors who work with franchise brands, with their own website and a work email address on that website’s domain. We check every application by hand before the account can be used.

It lets a franchise consultant or advisor edit a listing on behalf of a brand they advise. The brand stays the owner of the listing the whole time.

The brand. If the brand manages its listing with us, the request goes to the owner’s account email. If not, it goes to an email address on the brand’s own website domain. If we can’t find one, we contact the brand ourselves. Access only starts when the brand clicks Approve.

If your consultancy is on Find My Franchise, the brands we list as advised by you are shown ready to request. Each brand still has to approve your access.

Update the listing’s details in My Account, such as the description, logo, key facts and contact details. An advisor can’t give access to anyone else, and the listing still belongs to the brand.

A brand that manages its listing can remove anyone from the listing’s Delegated Access tab at any time. Otherwise, contact us and we’ll remove it.

The brand has 14 days to answer. If nobody answers, the request ends and nothing changes. You can ask again at any time.

Access is tied to your email address, so we need to know the account really is yours. Confirm it once using the link we email you when you sign up.

We recommend not. Claiming a listing makes you its owner. Advisor access keeps the brand as the owner while you do the work.
