Penny Lane Homes has been established since 2004 working in the estate agency and letting agency industry. We offer our clients a comprehensive package for a simple low, all-inclusive, fixed fee. We pride ourselves in the level of service and support we provide our clients which shows in the excellent reputation we have built up over the years.
Penny Lane Homes have been working in franchising since September 2009 and at the moment we are focusing on expanding our network in Scotland, followed by England and Wales. At present, we have 4 branches, 3 of which are franchised in the Renfrewshire area and have plenty more opportunities for new franchises throughout Scotland. Our existing franchises prove that we have a business model that can work for those looking to run their own business with the backing of an established brand.
