Shakeaway is the world’s largest milkshake bar company. Having originated a new and exciting milkshake product more than 20 years ago our brand has developed a loyal cult following of fans throughout the UK and all over the world.
The Shakeaway brand experience can be clearly seen in our amazing store environment, which is informative, colourful and always entertaining. Our customers love our staff (the shakes) and our amazing new menu that is colder, and thicker with more flavour of hand-made-to-order milkshakes re-invented, real fruit smoothies with special crunchy ice, 100% fat-free frozen yoghurt desserts, real fruit shaved ice and low-fat crispy fries.

Our expert management team will help you find the right location for your store and whether you are looking to open one store or develop your own Shakeaway empire our process is simple and thorough. We are with you every step of the way.
This includes property selection, design, fit-out, staff recruitment, marketing, administration and full training for the franchisee and their Shakettes. Once a franchise is up and running Shakeaway provides ongoing support through its team of dedicated brand managers and don’t forget we provide your branch accounts, payroll and VAT returns within the royalty rate to ensure you can concentrate on our lovely customers.

The comprehensive Shakeaway website gives a clear brand identity with constantly changing exciting content, customer interactive pages and areas specifically dedicated to Shakeaway fans. This enables customers to become part of “ShakeawayLand,” giving our audience a sense of belonging.
UK Franchise Training and Support
A Shakeaway franchisee is supported every step of the way by the experience of the Shakeaway team. This includes property selection; design fit-out, staff recruitment, marketing administration and full training for the franchisee and their employees, then ongoing support by dedicated business managers.
International Master Franchising
Shakeaway is growing worldwide with agreements to open in many countries. Our Master Franchise Programme has been developed to help Masters manage the franchise process from enquiry all the way through to store launch.
We work closely with each of our international master franchisees to develop a country-right menu specific to local tastes and trends ensuring residents of your country are familiar with the brands and products on your menu and of course, at a country-right selling price that the majority can afford.
