Every enquiry made through your listing is emailed to the addresses you set on the listing’s Leads Forwarding tab. You can add more than one. They are also kept in My Leads in your account.

Find your listing and click “Franchisor Claim”. If your email address is on the same domain as your brand’s website, the claim is approved straight away. Otherwise our team checks it and emails you.

Create a free account (or click Sign Up at the top of any page), then go to My Listings and click “Add a listing”. A step-by-step set-up takes you through each part. If your email address is on your brand’s website domain, you can publish the listing yourself as soon as the checklist is complete; otherwise our team checks it before it goes live.

In My Listings, each listing is marked either Published or Draft Listing. When a new listing you have created goes live, we also email you to let you know.

Your logo, a short summary and a full description, a category, your head office and contact details, the email address for enquiries, and some key facts about the franchise. A minimum investment figure is required and is shown on the listing. Other fees, such as the franchise fee, are optional. A checklist in My Account shows what is still needed.

Yes. On the listing’s Delegated Access tab you can give a colleague or your marketing agency access to edit it. You stay the owner and can remove their access at any time. How agency access works.

The free Basic listing is for franchise brands. Suppliers to the franchise industry, such as consultants, solicitors and finance providers, have their own Suppliers package. See the Suppliers package.

Yes. Links in our emails always go to findmyfranchise.co.uk. If you would rather not click a link, reply to the email or use our Contact Us form, and we will help you set up your listing another way.
