I have been an Associate Director with Additional Resources since the start of September. I’m not from a recruitment background so in deciding to start a recruitment business I needed to identify a franchise that could offer me support and assistance as well as the benefit of not tying me to a long-term agreement in case I decided that it wasn’t for me.
