“I wanted to stay in recruitment and was very attracted to doing all the work I did before in my previous role without the constant pressure and targets. I enjoyed the thought that all my hard work would benefit me and no body else. Initially I was very sceptical– it all seemed a bit too good to be true as there are some companies out there that you have to stay away from! To be honest when I asked around no-body had heard of them but I thought I would take a risk and I’m glad I did! From the start Tracy and Russell have been there for anything I have needed. They have been so helpful along with Karen in the sales office.
Working from home on your own means that you do have to be self motivated, and there are days when everything goes wrong and you have to have the resilience to pick yourself up and move on. However, if you’re organised, like dealing with people on the phone and are prepared to put in the hours, you can make a good living.
