Evolution Childcare delivers high-quality early years childcare and education in the UK and Middle East. We offer multi-award-winning facilities with outstanding early years education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
Evolution Childcare is a well-established nursery group with multiple company-owned nurseries in Cheshire. It also has its own training academy and runs two care homes for adults with learning difficulties.
Our franchisees are business owners and in most cases will recruit a qualified nursery manager (unless they are qualified themselves) to manage the day-to-day running of the child care, staff and parent relationships. The franchisee’s role as business owner is to oversee the set up of the nursery, the launch, continued marketing and the overall growth and development of the business.
The Evolution Childcare Induction Programme is intensive training run over two weeks; one week at our head office and training academy in Cheshire and the other onsite at the new franchisee’s business location. Training is focused on the nursery manager, on how to run and develop the business using the Kids Academy’s unique systems, processes, policies and procedures.
