First Class Learning

First Class Learning — British Franchise Association member
Education Franchises

First Class Learning is a personalised maths and English tutoring service for children of all ages.

First Class Learning Education Franchise Opportunity

First Class Learning is a network of after-school tuition services, that provide English and Maths coaching for children from the ages of 4 to 16.

The franchise’s programme covers National Curriculum needs from Reception through to GCSE, and is designed to help children gain confidence and improve their abilities in these subjects, in line with the specific learning outcomes of their particular curriculum.

What are the requirements?

  • First and foremost, you’ll need to be passionate about working with children and share the values of First Class Learning.
  • You’ll need to be motivated to run your own business and have a desire to help children overcome obstacles in English and maths.
  • Many First Class Learning franchisees are former teachers who want to continue working with children, but without the pressures and restrictions that come with working in a school.
  • Less marking, more flexible working and regaining the enjoyment of teaching are all reasons that former teachers give for taking up a First Class Learning franchise.

What do I get?

First Class Learning initially provides an intensive two day training course. Following this, you will have access to the ‘operations manual’, an extensive bank of resources to help you open and run a centre. You will also be provided with tried and tested study materials available in print and on demand through a simple ordering system and a full range of marketing materials created to help you promote your business.

For your first few months, you will also have access to a mentoring programme, connecting you with an experienced centre manager. You will also have your own dedicated online space to post your centre’s news, activities and achievements. As a First Class Learning franchisee you’ll be joining a respected and nationally recognised brand, which means that customers will recognise that your centre offers them the best value for money in your area.
