About Jim’s Mowing
With over 3,000 franchise owners in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK, and over 10,000 satisfied clients throughout the globe serviced daily, we specialise in providing an all-year garden maintenance service to both domestic and commercial clients.
So the first thing you should know is that we don’t just mow lawns! Yes, as the name suggests, our principal service is cutting grass, but we can do almost anything our clients require in their garden and grounds and as frequently as they would like it. Here are some of the services our franchisees are regularly asked for:
- Lawn mowing
- All-year-round lawn maintenance, including scarifying and aeration
- Hedge trimming
- Pruning
- General gardening, such as weeding and planting
- Pressure washing
- Artificial turf installation
- Gutter guard installation and maintenance.
A day in the life of a Jim’s Mowing franchise owner
As a Jim’s Mowing franchisee, you will spend your days working in the fresh air and working flexible hours delivering these services to clients in your local area. Not a bad way to earn a living is it? Particularly when you consider that all the while you are building a profitable and valuable business and asset for your future.
Experience required
Very few of our franchisees come to us with a high degree of gardening skill. Most are looking for an opportunity to be their own boss, leave their work suits in the wardrobe and consign long arduous commutes to the back of the mind.
You will receive a comprehensive package of equipment, training and marketing before you visit your first customer and as you would expect from a global brand, there is ongoing support for work generation, a central admin centre which distributes new leads generated from national advertising to our franchisees, use of an excellent enquiry management system, bulk buying discounts and much, much more.
