About Us

Nina Moran-Watson, a licenced solicitor with expertise in business format franchising, runs NMW, a specialised franchise legal practice. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Nina is acknowledged as a leading authority.

Nina has worked for the British Franchise Association (bfa) in a variety of capacities, including as a member of the Policy Board, Legal Committee, Chair of the BFA’s Affiliate Forum, and Legal Advisor to the Quality Standards Committee.

Vicki Mitman joined the company in April 2018 as a consultant solicitor to improve the speciality franchise offering. Vicki has continuously practised franchising since earning her law degree and has worked with a wide range of franchise and corporate clients.

Vicki has a significant background in franchising, having served as both a franchise lawyer and a director of an international franchisor, so her counsel is practical and grounded in business. She is a Qualified Franchise Professional and has served on the BFA’s Membership Committee and Affiliate Forum as Chair.

Vicki also serves as an executive performance coach and guides the development and revision of franchise operations manuals. She is passionate about assisting businesses and individuals in realising their full potential.
