Side Street Burgers is an amazing and very successful operation based in Rochdale. Our products are extremely high quality and priced competitively. The concept is simple and can be perfectly executed by using nothing but quality produce. We use the finest blend of beef and handcrafted seasonings to create mouth-watering magic. Joshua Ryan and his team opened their first restaurant in June 2020. The plan was to offer a combination of eat-in, takeaway and delivered food but since the pandemic, we have focused on our takeaway service only.

Our unique product offering, slick operation and great customer service have meant that the business has traded very successfully, selling over 61,500 burgers alone in just nine months! Due to this success and a high demand for Side Street Burgers, Josh is ready to share and expand his business model across the UK.

The Opportunity

Own your own Side Street Burgers franchise and earn six figures in your first year of trading! You will be serving up a storm in your chosen location offering all our menu options to your local community. You will be part of a new but growing network that has experienced huge growth during the pandemic.

There are 2 franchise models 

Owner Operator

This franchise model is for individuals who are looking to operate their own store. You will be ordering stock, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, and offering the highest levels of customer service.

Multi-site Development Agreement

A larger investment opportunity with high returns! You have the opportunity to own a number of Side Street Burger locations with this franchise model. You will be acting as the area manager, appointing managers to run your locations for you providing support when required and maintaining our high standards across your locations.

Training & Support

You will be provided with initial training at the Side Street Burgers head office and ongoing support which will cover everything you need to know about Side Street and our operations. As one of our franchisees, you will also receive marketing materials and social media support to help you spread the word about your new Side Street Burgers business.

The Investment

The initial franchise fee is £15,000 +VAT. 100% government-led funding is available for the full cost of the franchise fee. There will be a shop fit fee of £60,000, however this will depend on the size and condition of your chosen Side Street Burger premises.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for good food, who share our vision and who are ready to get set up in business. You do not need previous experience in the restaurant industry, although it would be a bonus!
