We are The Urban Chocolatier, serving some of the finest coffee and desserts in the country. We have an irresistible selection of sweet treats and our customers are always spoilt for choice. Our menu boasts a variety of speciality hot drinks, handmade hot chocolates and tempting desserts including American and Belgian waffles, Italian gelato, milkshakes, crepes and more. We offer an entirely unique experience, our chocolate lounges are sleek, urban and quirky making them the perfect place to indulge in our exceptional quality treats. Our luxury dessert offerings speak for themselves, in 2019 we sold over 1 million desserts! We also sell chocolate boxes, gift boxes and hampers so our customers can grab a last-minute gift for friends or family.

Our goal is to establish The Urban Chocolatier as the leading dessert chain in the UK and beyond. Currently, we have 5 locations across London and have HUGE expansion plans for the future. We are searching for sweet treat aficionados to join us on our journey.

The Opportunity

You have the opportunity to own an exciting and well-established dessert and coffee business that has gained a fantastic reputation within the industry. You will be able to operate your own The Urban Chocolatier business in high footfall areas such as high street locations, malls, kiosks, airports, sports arenas, amusement parks and more. The Urban Chocolatier head office team will be with you throughout your franchise journey helping you to maximise your earnings and run your business confidently.

The Investment

The Urban Chocolatier franchise fee is £19,995 +VAT. Government-led funding is available towards the cost of the franchise fee. You should expect a minimum investment of £150,000 +VAT. The package fee will depend on the size and condition of your premises and fit-out requirements, which will be considerably less if you are rebranding existing premises.
