  This afternoon I took advantage of half term, and ran a parent & child meditation in my studio. I had two mums, with three children between them. I charged £6 per person for the session. Here is one of the mum’s feedback. ‘Thank you so much for the session today. I know my two were quiet after and didn’t really say too much, but as soon as we left the studio, they were telling me how much they loved it. I asked them both if they’d ever like to do it again and was greeted with a massive yes! I’m so happy that they enjoyed it as I can see how much they would benefit from this on a regular basis. Being children, they would definitely have told me if they didn’t enjoy it. I’ll keep an eye on your fb page as we’d love to come back next time!

  My first Vitali-Chi class offered an exciting, informative and totally nurturing full on 2 days of exploring beyond what is normally considered possible and expanding my vision not only of the amazing world of embodiment but also of my future choices as a person and as a practitioner. The content and questions offered and received were inspirational and informative way beyond what I could have anticipated, as was the hospitality extended. The chance to eat alkali enhancing drinks and food, and see how to concoct a different possibility for my body as well as my future clients was a total delight. My body felt like it was smiling so often over the weekend and having the chance to boost our energy if required was such a gift. The support, knowledge and possibilities offered here both by our facilitator Dawn and also Jill and Allen Jesson is beyond words and my enthusiasm has simply exponentialised with coming to play, in what has been an amazing group of generous spirited and inspiring people both creating, facilitating and participating on the course. Can only say I had no idea what I was coming to attend and am beyond grateful that I chose this course.

  I use her face mask – which smells lovely and it really does make your skin feel lovely too, I suffer with acne and used to use sudocream for this which probably took 3-4 days to clear the spots up however Jills anti-blemish spray does this in half the time. I also use the face lotion as a moisturiser which is very light on my skin. I suffer with pain so am also currently using Super Eze Gel and Super Ezy AromaFrequency drops in the bath which helps more than my medication. Along with these, I purchased an aroma diffuser with super detox aroma frequency drops which doesn’t just make my room smell beautiful but makes me feel better too. I am about to start with Aloe Vera shots to help with my muscle inflammation and will let you all know how that works too. So I would highly recommend checking out all the products on offer as they and Jill have really helped me on my journey to healing.

  Thank you both for a lovely weekend, I learned a lot and I’m slowly reading through my manual. There is a lot of very interesting and educational stuff to get through. I am concentrating on working on myself at the moment, when I have time I will have a good look through the frequencies and let you know which ones I would like. PS I just gave my husband a treatment, I used the ‘Stressed’ frequency from my set. He is still asleep.
