About Us

Warner Goodman LLP has been delivering legal services for over 160 years. Today the firm employs over 100 people and has three offices; Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton. We offer a host of legal services to businesses and individuals alike, with a wide range of local, national and international clients. We have been advising franchisors and franchisees in Hampshire and across the south of England for over thirty years. If you are a franchisee, we can assist you with reviewing your franchise agreement, or if you are buying or selling an existing franchised unit we can deal with the business sale or purchase. We can also assist should a dispute arise.

For prospective franchisors, we are available to discuss the business generally and help the prospective franchisor to decide if and if so, how to franchise. For existing franchisors, we will conduct litigation against franchisees and others, update their documents and those prepared for use by franchisees, and help them with organisational change that impinges on their existing franchisees.
