The Franchise Opportunity
We have developed a range of services detailed below and have established a successful business model which we are now ready to share and expand via franchising.
The franchise business is operated from your home and so overheads are kept to a minimum. The estate planning service offered by Westminster Law provides a convenient and cost-effective alternative to that offered by high-street solicitors. We visit clients in the privacy of their home and everything is explained in plain English.

The Franchise Package
As part of your investment and start-up package, you will receive:
- Training course and professional qualification with one of the UK’s will writing regulatory bodies
- The right to use the Westminster Law brand name and registered trademarks
- Assistance with producing a business plan
- Access to our full range of Will and estate planning services.
- Comprehensive training covering all aspects of the business
- One-to-one support during the first month and beyond if required
- Initial supply of stationary and promotional collateral
- Business launch support
- Web presence within our company website
- Franchise territory
- Copy of our comprehensive franchise operations manual
- A 3 year franchise agreement with the right to renew at the end of the term
The start-up package fee payable to the franchisor is £4,500.
Franchisees will also need initial working capital of around £2,500.
Training & Support
You will receive support from us at the beginning, as well as ongoing day-to-day assistance and advice with your franchise.
We provide the comprehensive training you will need at the start to operate a Westminster Law franchise including launching and promoting the range of services we provide. We will advise you about the most effective operating systems we have successfully used so that you can effectively manage and monitor your franchise business’s performance.
We will also provide ongoing operational help and advice as your franchise develops and expands. We will continue to invest in the website and other marketing initiatives where appropriate to generate awareness of our brand and your franchise.
