Increasing Standards across the Minster Network

Minster Cleaning staff receive industry-standard training from The National Carpet Cleaning Association (NCCA).

Established in 1968, The National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) is the only nationally recognised trade association dedicated to the cleaning, restoration and protection of carpets, hard flooring and soft furnishings.

Minster Cleaning Services invited area supervisors from nine of our franchise branches across the UK to our Head Office in Birmingham, to take part in a 2-day course, which covered carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and spot and stain removal.

Dave Wheadon, CEO and Paul Pearce, Vice President at The NCCA delivered the training, which included theory-based and practical learning. All employees passed with flying colours and were rewarded with certificates.

Ian Hadley, Operations Manager, says: “It’s the first time we’ve held this type of training, which has proved to be successful. All employees now have the know-how to train our on-site cleaning operatives to ensure best practice and maintain high standards across the network.”
