Last week we all got together as a network for a day of training, learning and shared experiences. These days are always a big hit with the team. This year we covered topics as diverse as marketing and sales, operations and recruitment and received some great feedback from the team..
But the greatest value from these events undoubtedly comes from having the guys sat in the same room together and sharing war stories!
The selflessness and desire of the team to support each other is a massive benefit of being part of the Clean Cut family, not just at team meetings but via the whats app groups and 1 on 1 communication that takes place every day.
A big Congratulations should also go to Luke who won fastest growing Franchise of the year and Nathan who scooped the prize for the best conversion rate and average sale value in 2016.
