If you follow the model, there is enormous potential for growth. Much depends on the attitude, ambition and business acumen of each franchisee. The first few years can be very challenging, but once you get through that period, growth and cash flow gets easier. You need to take a holistic approach to managing the business, which gets easier when you get to a point that allows you to recruit good administrative and technical staff. You need to work on, not in the business. This means you need to push very hard in the early years. Get this right, and success is pretty assured.
