I have been a Snak Appeal franchisee for over six years now. It's a great way to run your own business, but with the knowledge that there is always someone at the other end of the phone ready to help in any way. John is always ready to pass on any tips and information to make it a smooth ride, having been there and done that! I can't think of any other job that has the flexibility of this one. Customers are always pleased to see me which is nice and some have become friends! I love being known as the 'Sweet Lady', and I know that my local hospice really appreciate what we do.
