One of the most daunting aspects is the registration with CQC, this was made so much easier with the head office support from My Homecare Franchise. The team took care of everything regarding the location set-up, liaising with the inspectors for all the policies and arranging my registered manager’s application. Prior to my fit persons interview, I received mock interviews to prepare me. Once the interview was completed I received further support from the franchise team explaining what the next stages would be. For us the best part about being a part of the franchise is knowing that we have this level of support and access to a broad support network.
