Refresh Renovations stood out to Sergio, as it was the only one focused on operating across the breadth of home renovation projects in what is now a £28 billion market in the UK.
Sergio is Refresh’s 4th franchisee in the UK and the first operating in the West Country. A qualified engineer, he has extensive experience in project management in various professional environments (including franchising).
He has undertaken and project managed a number of his own renovation projects working with a team of vetted experienced local builders who he will now work with under the Refresh umbrella. Refresh Renovations uses a design and build process which reduces risks during the build stage of the project (delivering on time and on budget).
Each client has an individual online portal for their project where they can monitor it’s progress (photo’s can be uploaded and shared on social media), they can remain in touch with the build team via a chat function and also use it to select products.
