Which means I …. manage the business support team and maintain client relationships, as well as serving as Virtual Personal Assistant to five different clients.
The most enjoyable part of my day is … the morning – speaking to the team and planning out my day.
My most memorable moment at SmartPA was … Christmas Party 2019 – it was my second week and everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
The best help a colleague has given me is … Bailey – always giving me the best advice.
The craziest thing I’ve ever done (that I can share) is … Cliff jumping in Croatia (I’m secretly an adrenaline junkie).
The thing I’m most proud of is … having a caring personality. I decided to help others and volunteer at a homeless kitchen on Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2020. Best decision I ever made!
My life ambition is … Be happy! Life quote: whatever will be will be.

My favourite customer story is … Beauty Banks – a charity which helps provide hygiene and beauty products to those less fortunate. We helped them raise a lot of money through crowdfunding and were able to help thousands of people and families in the UK across Christmas.
