Martin & Co. is a letting, sales and investment company providing residential letting, property management and sales services to landlords and investors. The buy-to-let market has grown on average by 8% per year and further growth in the private rental sector will benefit national property brands like Martin & Co.

With over 25 years in business, Martin & Co has just under 200 offices across the UK, including 3 company-owned shops. There are still a large number of vacant territories and Martin & Co is constantly looking to expand the network and will continue to build on their strong high street and online presence. With a maturing franchise, existing businesses will become available as a resale and franchisees will also have the ability to expand into other areas.

A Martin & Co franchisee can expect to be based from high street premises or serviced offices. The day-to-day life will be extremely varied and will involve attracting new landlords and vendors and carrying out viewings with potential tenants and buyers. There will also be the requirement to oversee rental payments to landlords and deal with property management issues that may arise.

Franchisees will be provided with induction classroom-based training, and mentor training in an office, along with a handheld launch programme with an experienced operations director before the launch of the business.  Ongoing support and regional training cover every aspect of running a highly successful lettings business and this will enable franchisees to develop their staff and career opportunities within the group.
