Our Franchise Proposition

What’s It Going To Cost?

• Franchise Fee: £22,500 plus VAT
• Management Service Fee for Sales: 10% of turnover
• Management Service Fee for Lettings: 12% of turnover
• Monthly contribution to the Central Marketing Fund
